Do you 3rd party out termite inspections?
We do not. All of our inspectors are termite licensed and perform their own termite inspections at the same time as the mechanical/structural inspection.

How can we pay?
You may pay at the time of the inspection with cash or check, or we can send you an invoice and you may pay online. There is a 3% processing fee for credit/debit card option.

How long do inspections take?
It truly depends on the size and condition of each property. Once we know all of the details of the home, we can better predict a time frame for inspection time.

When should we show up to the inspection?
We recommend showing up about an hour to an hour and a half into the inspection. This way, the inspector has a good grasp on how things are going and can then do a small walk through with you to show his findings.

Do the utilities need to be on?
Yes, we will need for all utilities to be on and for all systems of the home to be in working order to complete our inspections.
