Pool & Spa Inspections

For the pool inspection, we will be looking at all pool decking, pool surface, and the pool equipment to make sure it is operating and installed properly. The type of pool and type of filter is noted. Pumps, pool cleaner pumps, lights, blowers, and heaters are operated and inspected for proper function. Deficiencies in drains, motor grounding, GFCI circuits, piping leaks, pool surface, and structure are inspected.
